Stonehaven was the primary Cost Management Service provider for the Moon incubators project in King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh in 2023. We’ve conducted feasibility studies, cost estimations, bill of quantities preparation, tender process oversight, and contract document creation. In addition, we have explored the use of AI integration to enhance decision-making and streamline commercial workflows, alongside exploring alternative digital solutions for transparency and efficiency.

Our responsibilities spanned a wide array of activities, including conducting thorough feasibility studies, providing accurate cost estimates, preparing meticulous bills of quantities, overseeing tender processes, and meticulously crafting contract documents. This groundbreaking endeavor was characterised by its forward-thinking approach, integrating robotics to revolutionise construction methodologies. Additionally, we spearheaded the adoption of cutting-edge digital blockchain contracts, further cementing our commitment to innovation and excellence in project management.
