In 2024, STONEHAVEN proudly marked a milestone by being appointed to our fifth JETEX project, leading the prestigious Red Sea International Airport Private Jet FBO in Saudi Arabia. As the lead design consultant, we delivered comprehensive detailed designs in BIM (LoD 500), covering Interiors, MEP, I.T., ELV, and Landscape. Beyond design, we also provided seamless project management, steering the development from concept to handover. The 6,000m² JETEX FBO embodies luxury, featuring super-luxury lounges, receptions, arrivals, immigration, and departures areas, setting a new standard for elegance and functionality in airport experiences. This project showcases our expertise in delivering world-class aviation facilities from concept to handover.

Stonehaven was appointed by JETEX in 2023 to provide pre and post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this private airport lounge located in Al Bateen Airport. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered the lead design consultant, specialist design consultant and the main contractor. The main contract was competitively procured on a turnkey basis given the fast-track nature of the Project as it had to be ready in time to service the COP28 international climate event. The airport lounge consisted of a ground floor with an approximate built-up area of 1,500m2. The project consisted of existing building modification, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.

Stonehaven was appointed by JETEX in 2022 to provide pre and post contract project management and cost consultancy services for the new JETEX Global Headquarters located in Dubai World Connect Airport. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, specialist design and supervision as well as the piling and main contractors. Procurement was traditional on a fixed price lump sum subject to competitive tender. JETEX Headquarters consisted of a basement, ground floor and one upper floor with approximate built-up area of 12,000m2. The project consisted of substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.
