Stonehaven was appointed by a Private Client in 2021 to provide pre and post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this high-end villa located in one of the Middle East’s most exclusive locations. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, specialist design and supervision as well as the piling and main contractors. Procurement was traditional on a fixed price lump sum subject to competitive tender. The villa consisted of a basement, ground floor and two upper floors on a plot area is 2,200m2 with an approximate built-up area of 3,500m2. The project consisted of piling, substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out, swimming pool and landscape.

Stonehaven was appointed by JETEX in 2023 to provide pre and post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this private airport lounge located in Al Bateen Airport. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered the lead design consultant, specialist design consultant and the main contractor. The main contract was competitively procured on a turnkey basis given the fast-track nature of the Project as it had to be ready in time to service the COP28 international climate event. The airport lounge consisted of a ground floor with an approximate built-up area of 1,500m2. The project consisted of existing building modification, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.

Stonehaven managed and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, international specialist design and supervision as well as the main contractors. The main contract was traditionally procured on a competitive basis. The restaurant consisted of an approximate built-up area of 1,200m2. The project consisted of façade modifications, mechanical and electrical, interior fit out and external works.

The beach club has a large plot area 7,000m2 with approximate built-up area of 1,500m2 in a prime location working with a well-established international beach club concept with international locations in Cannes and Miami. Lead design consultancy services consisted of architect of record, architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, landscape, external works, and construction supervision.

The project consisted of piling, substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out, swimming pool and landscape.
