Stonehaven was appointed by JETEX in 2023 to provide post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this private airport lounge located in Dubai World Connect Airport. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered the lead design consultant, specialist design consultant and the main contractor. The main contract was competitively procured on a turnkey basis given the fast-track nature of the Project as it had to be ready in time to service the COP28 international climate event. The airport lounge consisted of a ground floor with an approximate built-up area of 1,500m2. The project consisted of existing building modification, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.

Stonehaven managed and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, international specialist design and supervision as well as the main contractor to competitive tendering to achieve best value for the Private Client. The food and beverage concept consisted of a ground floor and an upper floor on a plot area of 1,000m2 with approximate built-up area of 800m2. The project consists of modification of an existing structure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.
