Stonehaven was appointed by JETEX in 2023 to provide post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this private airport lounge located in Dubai World Connect Airport. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered the lead design consultant, specialist design consultant and the main contractor. The main contract was competitively procured on a turnkey basis given the fast-track nature of the Project as it had to be ready in time to service the COP28 international climate event. The airport lounge consisted of a ground floor with an approximate built-up area of 1,500m2. The project consisted of existing building modification, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out and landscape.

Stonehaven was appointed by a Private Client in 2022 to provide lead design consultancy services for a high-end villa located in one of the Dubai’s most exclusive locations. Stonehaven provided lead design consultancy services consisting of architecture, substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical and landscaping. The villa consisted of a ground floor and two upper floors on a plot area is 2,000m2 with an approximate built-up area of 1,200m2.

Stonehaven was appointed by a Private Client in 2021 to provide pre and post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this high-end villa located in one of the Middle East’s most exclusive locations. From pre-concept through construction and to handover, Stonehaven procured, awarded, and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, specialist design and supervision as well as the piling and main contractors. Procurement was two stage design and build on a guaranteed maximum price. The villa consisted of a basement, ground floor and two upper floors on a plot area is 3,500m2. with an approximate built-up area of 3,900m2. The project consisted of piling, substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out, swimming pool and landscape.

Stonehaven was appointed by Thinkwell Group in 2023 to provide pre-contract cost consultancy services as part of a joint venture for the USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, creating impactful and sustainable pavilions and exhibits. Cost consultancy services consisted of cost planning, bid preparation and commercial management.

Stonehaven was appointed by MCH in 2023 to provide lead design consultancy services including cost consultancy for this high-end automotive storage and logistics facility located at Al Maktoum Airport, Dubai. The facility plot area is 11,560m2 with approximate built-up area of 7,500m2. Lead design consultancy services consisted of architect of record, architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, landscape, external works, and construction supervision. Cost consultancy services consisted of cost planning, value engineering procurement, tender document preparation, tender reporting, contract document preparation, commercial management, conflict avoidance and final account close out.
