About J-Frond Villa, Palm Jumeirah
Stonehaven was appointed by a Private Client in 2022 to provide post contract project management and cost consultancy services for this best-in-class villa located in one of the Middle East’s most exclusive locations. Stonehaven managed and administered all consultants consisting of lead design, international specialist design and supervision as well as the main contractors. The main contract consisted of several provisional sums which Stonehaven procured subject to competitive tendering to achieve best value for the Private Client. The villa consisted of a basement, ground floor and two upper floors on a plot area is 2,900m2 with an approximate built-up area of 4,000m2. The project consisted of piling, substructure, superstructure, mechanical and electrical, specialist façade, interior fit out, swimming pool and landscape.
