About Anantara Hotel & Branded Residences, Sharjah
In 2024, Stonehaven was appointed to provide comprehensive pre-contract cost management services for the Anantara Hotel and Branded Residences in Sharjah, UAE. As part of this extensive project, covering over 51,000m² of built-up area across two towers, Stonehaven's responsibilities included preparing detailed design Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and pre-tender estimates, creating tender documents, evaluating tenders, and drafting contract documents. The development boasts hotel suites, branded residences, water villas, marine works, restaurants, spas, and landscaped areas, showcasing a blend of luxury and meticulous planning.
