Job Description

As a BIM Lead at Stonehaven, you'll play a crucial role in turning project concepts into realities. You will lead Building Information Modelling (BIM) efforts across multiple projects, create detailed models and drawings using Autodesk software including REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, and ensure these comply with industry standards. Your role involves close collaboration with project managers and team members to manage design phases and construction documentation, perform coordination tasks, run clash detection, and provide overall project support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.

• Collaborate with project teams to meet technical requirements.

• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design elements with architects, engineers, and consultants.

• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.

• Implement best practices for Revit modelling and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in BIM / Revit.

• Proficient in architectural design, 3D coordination, and clash detection using Navisworks.

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualities

• Certification in Autodesk Revit.

• Experience with other BIM software and knowledge of sustainable design.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Programming skills and familiarity with digital collaboration solutions.

• Relevant professional certifications.
